OH WOW! JOANNE LAI IS FINALLY UPDATING HER BLOG!!

hahaha today's super tiring! cant stand it.

woke up at 5am in the morning to send my brother off at TERMINAL3! haha it's quite cool, and big! yeahh he's going taiwan. HOPEFULLY he gets me my sports shoe XD then after that, went to school for floorball stickwork. EH my thigh muscles are aching due to yesterday's pt of LUNGES! STUPID. now i cant walk properly. as in, i can use too much energy while walking, so i walk SUPER slow and SUPER small steps. that's really tiring okay! ):

then lessons! hm... had physics! physics is so irritating! i dont get alot of stuff. OHNO i better not fail this term man T.T and then maths, mreng was not in a good mood.. so yeah. ohwell then MI lecture! haha nothing much? and IH was quite fun cause we presented our PLANS to take over another school! damn cool. i didnt know andrew's so sadistic man! O: hahaha andand geography! okay today was the first student-taught lesson by darryl and wenyu! okay luh, i sorta understand. and i thought their pictures were nice! (: then we watched some 'EARTH STORY' video. hehe kinda boring, but at least i didnt fall asleep!! my eyes just closed for a while XD the ONLY time i actually fell asleep was that time during church camp when watching 'passion of the christ' :D

yeahh CAAL was crazy. i mean. BORING! haha at first amelia and i played tic-tac-toe, then that line game. then we gave up and i started talking to myself! like "HI!" "HI!" "HOW ARE YOU?" "I'M FINE!" hahaha okay i know i'm crazy XD well. that's like ultimate boredness can! hahaha! look at my convos! oops. abit small haha nvm i shall type it all out XD

SUPER TIRING CAN! the plants are HEAVY! and we each had to carry back to school and bring it up to class! IMAGINE. FOUR HORRENDOUS FLIGHTS OF STAIRS O: and we finally finished moving the plants like at 6pm! SHUCKS. so late. so i just asked my dad to come fetch me instead XD OUR PLANTS!!

SO SEE! what a tiring day i had! i bet tomorrow i'm going to have muscle aches both legs and arms. so dead. ohwell, tomorrow will be a better day! I HOPE :D

DARK KNIGHT AND RGS BAND CONCERT! (:

left house at 9.05 for plaza sing but reached there abit late hehe. okay viv was EVEN more late, so me, terence, ari and chng went to buy nachos and popcorn first!! and guess what! i saw grace doing flag day for cip! HAHA and i so nice, ask people donate money to her XD she so evil still wanna break my iceberg :(

okayokay viv made it on time after all. dark knight was nice! but LONG man. haha oh man i really peifu those make-up artists. that harvey guy's face is DISGUSTING! cant imagine how they actually did it. and joker's make-up was cool! hahaha. i think viv is so sadist! laugh at the wrong times tsktsk :D yea well after dark knight was like 12.45 already? around there. then went city hall, raffles city to get something for pearlyn! haha then we ended up shopping and eating ben and jerry and sausages (: okay not WE but ME HAHA XD then took train to tanjong pagar to SCH (:

met justin there! he came like right after band prac (: okay so rgs band concert. WAS NICE! LOVE IT! hahaha why doesnt snco have enough money to have our own concert! it's damn cool luh (: yep i thought rgs band is really great! after concert, wanted to wait for pearlyn to come out to pass her her present, but so long can! then we gave up, we just left haha XD

didnt have dinner together since like we all have to go home i guess. so like, chng left on the other train to outram park first, then viv was so funny! she talk on the phone then forget to get on the train with terence and i (oh we kinda FORGOT about justin and left him at SCH hehe) so terence and i trained to amk then i went amk hub to shop awhile then take bus. OMGOSH. the bus take freaking long to come! like 20mins! GAH angryyy pissed. and i reached home at 7pm in the end tsk.

okay i really shouldnt be blogging now since i still have that PILE of hw waiting for me to do. hm but actully i'm left with physics (which i dont understand what mrsim is talking about), LA poetry assignment, chinese letter and to read up on tectonics theory. yep. OKAY FINE i shall be guai and go do my hw after this (:

YAY ORANGE SPECS TMR AFTER CAT CLASS!! XD i cant wait to see my own face with those orange specs. i think i'll look weird actually. ohwell, no choice, cant change already. plus it was 127bucks! so even if ugly also must wear to school on monday haha yeahh. hopefully no one WOULD GET A SHOCK on monday :D

OKAY I SHALL UPDATE SINCE AMELIA SAYS I DONT! =p

kayyy, i shall talk about the whole week!! but actually. i cant really remember anything. oh except that i went shopping for birthday presents with grace at orchard on wednesday :D it was REALLY fun! like we really bought all alot of stuff. and surprisingly, ms hwang saw us at taka O: super shocked. haha :D

had swimming pe today! it was super cool, super fun, SUPER TIRING! notice the emphasis on SUPER TIRING. it's like, terrible man. i cant swim freestyle! and my breaststroke is like, swim awhile tired already. shucks. i need to train my swimming stamina! i can run faster than amelia but i cant swim faster than her!! OH NO! plus i need to train my abs. I'M FAAAAAT :( andand i really need to train cause i'm going for silver!! GAHH now must buy pyjamas again -.- ohwell. after swimming, we chiong-ed to bathe but it was super rush. like the 4 of us just squeeze into one shower and bathe WITH OUR SWIMMING COSTUME ON of course and like quickly change. and WOW we reached school at EXACTLY 9.40am! the time when break starts :D

hehe then after break, had free period, then maths lecture! ohman sorry but it was SUPER boring. i fell asleep on my pullover for a short while. must be all the swimming that tired me out. haha but luckily was sitting with audrina, so we started composing songs. and amelia kept saying it sounds like national day songs!! hahaha haiya nvm. then after lecture, had lunch! but we spent most of the time playing piano (: ~~ohgosh and i'm kinda freaked out right now. i wont say freaked out, but.. i dunno. just some weird feeling i had.~~ hehe and then had GC which was fun! and for geog, we watched a video on planet earth super cool! I LOVE PHYSICAL GEOG (: so interesting haha XD

yep that ends my post! nahhh tomorrow going out with church friends to watch dark knight and go pearlyn's rgs band concert! hahaha YAY it's gonna be fun! ehhh provided i dont think about the PILE of hw undone on my table for this weekend XD it's seriously a PILE okay. like even more than last week!! GAHH stupid.

MADE NEW ORANGE SPECS TODAY! gonna get it next sunday (: i think people are gonna be shocked man. like even I AM SHOCKED. it's those thick thick kind O: haha and i'm so sad! my left eye increased by 50 and then at first was only my left eye astig, now my right eye also!! GAHH no wonder i couldnt see clearly during lectures T.T shucks. i really need to take care of my eyes :(

oh well. today was damn cool! FOUR FREE PERIODS! didnt have pe in the first 2 periods, then had break and then maths lecture when we found out we have a stats project to do!! LIKE OHNO. but luckily my group quite nice. me, audrina, andrew, darryl and xingru (:

after maths lecture was lunch! AND WE HAD CHEESECAKE FROM COFFEE BEAN! super niceeeeee! hehe i feel such a pig can, was eating the leftover of the cake with some other people XD after lunch supposedly have free period but mrloh decided to take it for GC. so yep had GC lesson about BLOGGING O: haha eee mrloh found my blog tsktsk haha :D

then had chinese lecture which was quite interesting. received our weekend hw and watched this video about abusing cats! gosh. these people are so violent. yep and we did xinliceyan! i wont say it's 100% accurate. maybe only the last few questions yep (: after chinese had IS1105 chem! haha finished the lesson quite quickly (: next three weeks gonna be geog cause mrloh's going overseas! MRLOH! BUY CHOCOLATES :D haha then had IH lecture! it was funn like yep. interesting.

tsktsk okay i think i AM a pig. slept after a VERY FILLING dinner at 6.30, supposed to wake up at 8pm but i woke up at 10pm :( now i dont feel like doing hw. tsktsk joannelai! lazy man.

ohoh my gpa improved! like from 3.05 to 3.12 :D even tho it's not what i wanted of a 3.5 but ohwell. I'LL REACH THAT EOY!! XD

saw the picture on njfloorball blog. hehe so whoever can find it can get it for my birthday!! HAHA ONE IS ENOUGH OKAY :D so pleaseeeeeeeee tell me if yall see any pink floorball ball (: but only floorball peeps will even visit floorball shops luh haha.

OKAY my post for today! ahhh shitshit suddenly leg cramp. like gosh. it happened last night and now it happened again?! tskk. anw continuing my post!

first official day of lessons.. okay? did some pre-test thingy for physics IS1109. then had MA1101 and started on trigo. okay, even though i learnt trigo before, doesnt mean i'll be able to do the questions since this is like parts of trigo that i havent learn before O: and lunch! 10am lunch okay! like wth. after lunch had MI and we started lessons on strength and cogency of inductive arguments. yep. and we got let off early cause we were on time! YAY :D

had IH1103. WAR AND SOCIETY! haha didnt do much today except for some brainstorming about war. hopefully it's interesting since it integrates history, human geog and econs O.O haha yea and then had DOUBLE PERIOD IS1105! GAHHH chem plus geog. ohgosh, i was pratically falling asleep after half an hour. learning about acids, bases, pH and stuff. eh, but i didnt fall asleep! AMELIA GOH WAS THE FIRST! HAHAHA super funny. haha and mrloh let us have sweets in class cause our lunch was really TOOOOOO long ago (: and CAAL. nothing much to say (:

i'm quite surprised at some papers and not that surprised at some O: like okay i shall post all the results that i know today (:

HIGHER CHINESE:
129.5/200
[paper 1: 68.5/110 (terrible man), paper 2: 61/90 (hehe not bad)]

MAN AND IDEAS:

oh man, quite sad like just pass only. hopefully term1 can pull my sem1 results up (:

MATHS:
MA1101 - 21/40
MA1102 - 30/50
see i passed!! but then, overall for term1 and term2 MA1101 i got 50plus % then MA1102 got like 40plus %!! SUPER SAD! my term1 totally sucked luh, i really must MUGMUGMUG for eoy if i want to pass both modules :(

LANGUAGE ARTS:
29/50 for paper.
hm.. quite terrible. but overall i think i got B or B+. cant remember already :D

INTEGRATED HUMANS:

WHEEEEEEEEE hahaha i'm bored and FULL!

went to school in the morning to film chinese video. apparently alot of groups havent even started but our group's like so gan chiong must finish today no matter what. and weiheng came like 30mins late!! PRO SIA. haha and yea we were quite pro man, finished intro and conclusion in 30mins too! HAHA yep then went home to eat macs and beehoon with my mum XD that explains why i'm so full now :D

gonna get back exam scripts tomorrow! :( i hope i passed everything. i really pray hard that i passed. especially for MA1102 :( really scared now GAHH shucks.

GOSH SHITTYSHITTYSHITTY IS1107! THEY NEVER SAY GOT HOLIDAY HW!! it's like, at least put up on the front page of km instead of individual subjects :( oh man.. i'll have to chiong today then, like quickly scan through the 19 pages of notes O: and do the assignment :( wish me luck man! hopefully it's not compulsory to finish it since on km it said "I have uploaded some holiday assignment and lesson notes which you might want to take some time to go through prior to the start of school in week 3." see/hear it?! MIGHT haha but still!! TODAY'S THE LAST DAY OF PROPER HOLIDAYS AND I ONLY REALISE TODAY! WHAT IS THIS LUH! tsktsk :(

OBS WAS.. I DUNNO WHAT SHOULD I SAY.

i really really really learnt alot through this camp, new skills, new people (plus their CHARACTER), new stuff luh. okay i'm super tired now, but i decided i should just get this over and done with, shall just roughly blog what happened the past 5days :D

MONDAY!
okay. i was quite excited for obs since everyone kept telling me it's damn fun, but once i saw my group a.k.a watch, i was, kinda shocked. there's only FOUR locals in a watch of FOURTEEN people!! like there's only me, chandel, viona and joshua. oh well, met our instructor NAFEEZA! she's quite nice even though she's strict and we're in JUNKO! some explorer luh (: kays, then we did kayaking on first day! like more of the basic stuff. partnered yingzheng cause naf was the one who paired us up, and it was quite okay (: learned to paddle and make the kayak AT LEAST move and we did capsize and rescue thingy! haha the seawater damn salty. like SUPER ULTRA salty :D

after getting soaked wet, went to pitch tents and cook dinner!! but i didnt pitch tents the first night luh, was more in-charge of cooking (: it was kinda fun! we cooked rice and ate with canned food XD ehhh it was hard okay! the cans are hard to open, the fire is hard to keep lit, and the solid fuels ran out! so like, by the time everyone finished cooking and pitching tents, it's very late into the night already. then went to bathe. gosh, it was my ONE AND ONLY bathe that i used shampoo and soap O: YES and then had some fire drill thingy at 10plus and went to sleep at 11pm (: but abit i couldnt sleep can, chandel also. we were practically turning around and around cause it was freaking HOT! and the mosquitoes came in cause the mosquito net wasnt closed properly, so i got bitten like LOADS. guess i only slept 2-3 hours that night :(

TUESDAY!
woke up at 5am!! okay that's actually the time we woke up EVERYDAY DURING OBS :( i cant really remember what happened after that, but i know we had morning circle! like it's when you sit together and just share and reflect what happened the day before (: after morning circle, packed our backpacks, then we set off for camp1! oh i forgot to mention, our base camp was camp2 yep (: it was kinda short only, just that the backpack was FREAKING HEAVY!! i'm gonna grow short man! hahaha yeah and along the way, played this rescue game. we all sucked luh! didnt even manage to finish it :( oh well, anw camp1 was NICE!! THEY HAVE BEDS! like WOAH. next year we're gonna have that too!

haha yep then we did belaying and rock-climbing there! i reached the top okay!! kay luh, it wasnt that hard to climb i thought XD and we bathed! without soap XD hehe oh gosh, i seriously cant remember what else happened. okay shall just go to dinner part! THEY HAVE A COOKHOUSE! so you dont need to cook! so cool!! haha and then we had to pitch tents againnnn -.- hm.. okay sleeping was better than first night except i had to go to the toilet in the middle of the night like URGENTLY so yeah, disrupted my sleep. and i had mosquito bites again!! :( *sobsob*

WEDNESDAY!
had land expedition (: TIRING MAN! the backpack was OMG. and we walked from camp1 all the way to this quarry place with checkpoints along the way (: reached that place at about 1plus and had lunch. then after lunch, went to quarry! we learned how to build rafts!! BUT hahaha all 4watches didnt manage to build a raft that could actually float. but because of our hard efforts put in, we still had out 'BATH'!! which was a jump into the quarry! damn shuang :D cause there dont have toilets or anything, so like, even if we need to pee and stuff, it'll be at the bushes. haha. okay we cooked maggi for dinner!! NICEE :D

then pitched tents with rocks! haha YES and then had breifing about the next day's kayaking sea expedition. and after that! we went to sleep!! haha and i slept EVEN better than the day before XD we were supposed to wake up and patrol around the area at 3.30am but apparently, the guys woke up in the end and did not want to wake us up cause they kept saying girls should sleep more since we had to kayak so much the next day. so sweet right!! (:

THURSDAY!
yep the fourth day!! like woahh okay so we woke up, unpitched tents, packed bags, packed lifevests etc. then we set off to kayak at about 8am! gosh it was hard okay! i felt like dying mann. like i felt my partner wasnt even helping me to pedal! but gahh it's a good way to train arm muscles (: i thought the chek jawa place was the hardest since the wind's really strong and the waves are really choppy and the current is strong and the distance is long :( but after passing that and a few more kilos, we had lunch! ON THE SEA! haha damn cool. we rafted together and tried to hold on to each other kayaks to eat lunch O: COOL! and everyone started pee-ing in the sea. hehe cause that's the only time we get to pee :D blah blah blah we paddled and paddled and paddled and we reached camp2 again!! BUT WE REACHED AT 5PM! so imagine all the rays from the sun our skin has absorbed. but surprisingly, i didnt really get any OBVIOUS tan lines which is kinda sad :(

okay then we had dinner! but in the form of a cooking competition (: but there wasnt any results luh cause it was meant to make us use our creativity in cooking :D after dinner was like 9plus already and we still had to bathe and pitch tents. so i bathed, WITHOUT SOAP AGAIN cause it was really rushing. then our camp site was at a higher ground so we quickly climbed up and pitch. but it was really scary, cause we lost alot of our tents and our equipments and we had to pay if it's really lost!! LIKE GAHHHHHH but after pitching, went into the tent, and SLEPT. like WOW i think i'm really beat from all the kayaking and all the mere hours of sleep the past few nights. it was like the BEST sleep okay! damn shiok XD

FRIDAY!
gosh, damn happy cause can finally go home!

but we almost couldnt wake up in the morning, cause it was going to rain then it was very cold so yeah felt like sleeping in :( my muscles are aching from thursday's kayaking can! oh man so weak O: yeah anw then we unpitched tents, packed the stall up abit then went for morning games!! haha like YAY we finally had time to play games :D kays after games, had to RUSH TO PACK STALL AND FIND ALL THE LOST SHEEP/EQUIPMENT haha yeah. we spent like 2plus hours to pack the stall cause we couldnt find alot of our equipment! so end up junko was the one of the last watch to finish packing cause only towards the end, the other watches started coming over and giving us back our stuff!! haha but we still lost a camping stick, 3 jacknifes and some other stuff luh. so total up, we had to pay about 20 bucks as a group. oh well, at least it's better than audrina's group!! gosh, they lost 150bucks! THAT'S SO SAD CAN!

okay after packing was about 11plus and we quickly went to buy souvenirs! haha i bought this grey LIMITED EDITION shirt (according to akshay) cause it only has XS so alot of people cant buy hehe i wanted the red shirt but dont have my size already :( oh and i bought a green notebook! haha it's nice! yep then junko had morning circle again and sorta did a rounding up for the whole OBS thingy (: kays, left pulau ubin at about 2plus and reached back school at 3plus almost 4pm :D that's OBS!

actually i felt, OBS was quite fun? well, at least i learnt alot alot of new stuff that really is great and come to think of it, i kinda miss OBS. like KINDA. haha yeah okay i'm weird but oh well (: now what i'm waiting for, is my FLOORBALL JERSEY AND CLASS PULLOVER!! HAHAHA YAYYYYY :D
