timeeeee to update! (:so. monday, went for training alone, since both grace and amelia have church camp. yeah, so had latif in the morning, did agility tests a.k.a power hurdles and the "ladder thing", then did lunges with medicine ball O: cui already haha yeah then had lunch in school with the j1s. so funny, supposed to mug after eating, but end up gossiping and talking about guys -.- very fun to talk to them leh! their advice very good XD haha yeah then went valhall later on. and w practiced the diamond formation thing (: and i cut my stick! YAY but kind short lehhh. haha yup anw after training, went macs buy some food first before going to gardens meet church people (:so, went gardens. quite alot of people were there. thai express! abit i dont really like the food there, so no appetite also. so just stone through dinner. then had cake! for december birthdays and stuff, then went park later on. so stupid, claire went to spray whipped cream on me! GRR. irritating. yeah then left about 10.30pm..tuesday! STAYED HOME THE WHOLEEEE DAY! my muscles were aching like shit from monday's pt. so i spent my day doing abit of maths and reading flowers for algernon (: yeahh that's all. hahaand today! so damn tired. my muscles are still aching. anw went for latif pt again ALONE. so we did 6 by 20m and 10 by 20m, each one for 5 sets. tiringgggg and then did something like fart legs for 3 sets. so yeah that's basically all. and thennnn had stickwork on D! and i became tanner AGAIN. irritating. haha and my balls didnt fly! IRRITATING. must train harder. yep then after that went plaza sing to meet serene lau, angela toh, grace tsang, debbie and ann tan (: ohhh and i met joel moosa on the bus i think. like, i didnt even notice. i just noticed there were 2 guys talking damn loud on the bus, but was too busy smsing to notice it was moosa. haha until when he left the bus then he said hi then i looked and i realised haha O:yeah anwww met everyone at dhoby. then went pastamania to eat! so funny, talked alot. ahh they're damn fun to talk to! :D yepyep then went to walk around plaza sing finding shirts. hahaha they kept saying i very bu yao lian XD ohwell then serene lau left at 4.30pm for her dinner at 5 O.O siao dinner so early. haha then the rest of us walkwalkwalk to orchard. then i bought a shirt on the way there XD yep then we were too tired so we ended up at heeren's spinelli coffee (: and i tried mocha. SHEESH, tasted DAMN BITTER! i didnt know it'll be THAT bitter haha but after drinking more than half cup it didnt taste THAT bad haha and the 5 of us just kept talking for like 1 half hours? yeah, talked about nj stuff blah blah. haha then went toilet, AND THE TOILET'S DAMN COOL! we even took pic there XD yup then went home already.abit shi bai, never buy anything in the end. haha so we're going out again on monday! YAY (:
